Santa Cruz County Point-in Time Count

Thursday, January 25 - 5:00am-9:00am

The PIT Count is a count of sheltered and unsheltered people experiencing homelessness on a single night in January. Data obtained will be used for federal funding allocations and national estimates of homelessness. The numbers reported by our community are used by the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness and all federal departments including Housing and Education. PIT Count numbers are also most often cited by local strategic plans, state, county and city government and the media.

Santa Cruz County is still in need of help for the PIT Count . Learn more and sign up here.

Santa Cruz Office Hours

What Are "Office Hours?"
Office Hours are not mandatory, but we are here to provide support because we know lots of issues and questions can arise when using Clarity (HMIS) and Looker. Office Hours are a great opportunity to get your questions answered, see demos of anything you can't figure out or can't remember how to do, find out how to fix things that might have gotten messed up, and participate in discussions with other users around solutions to common challenges.
  • Clarity HMIS and Looker Office Hours
  • Ongoing support
  • Space to ask general questions
  • Receive assistance on questions you may have about a Looker related report or a report you want to create
  • Other questions as they arise
Where Are Office Hours Held?
Clarity and Looker Office Hours are conducted from the comfort of your own office! Each Office Hours session is hosted online by your Santa Cruz County Clarity System Administration team. You can connect using your computer (recommended so that you can see demos and post questions) by registering here.

Do I have to stay for the whole session?
Nope! You are welcome to drop in, ask your question, and leave when you get your answer. Of course, you are also welcome to stay for the whole thing and offer your own insight into the questions of others.
