Trainings:

Santa Cruz County HMIS General Training (prerecorded): 

All new Clarity Human Services HMIS users are required to complete Santa Cruz County HMIS General Training before they will be granted access to the system. This training is offered via a learning management software as needed either for the first time or as a refresher. Users check their knowledge by completing the quiz questions in order to gain access to the system.  

Santa Cruz HMIS Privacy Training (prerecorded) 

All Santa Cruz HMIS Users must take the HMIS Privacy Training once per year as part of local and federal requirements. New users must complete the training prior to gaining access to the system. Sign in to register for access by clicking this link and selecting Santa Cruz when registering.
